1. Side kiss
Kiss your lips as much as you can from left to right. Then, on the other side, press your lips together as much as you can. Repeat 15 times.
2. Half Cringe

Fold one corner of your mouth back and work your neck muscles. When you look in the mirror and see the lines on your neck, you are doing the right job. Repeat 15 times.
3. Fish face

Tuck in your cheeks and purse your lips. Then tilt your head back, imagining your chin touching the ceiling, and give your chin and neck a good stretch. Hold the position for 10 seconds and repeat 15 times.
4. Carve cheekbones

It’s not much of a facelift, but it does help reduce cheek fat. Put your tongue behind your bottom teeth and keep your chin as low as possible. Repeat 15 times.
