Cracked heels and blisters are the classic problems that we face in summer and that make us feel very uncomfortable when it comes to putting on sandals. You may not do as much to your body and lower extremities in winter, but now is the time to take care of your feet!
It is not enough to paint your toenails to make them look more careful and beautiful. Just as important, both for the appearance and for the health of your feet, is that they are always smooth and soft when they start to peel in summer due to the heat.

How to get softer feet?

Milk and baking soda is all you need to give your feet a treat!
While it is sufficient to do the following treatment just three times a week, for optimal results, you should apply it daily. It will give you softer feet and prevent the appearance of calluses in the future.
- Pour 2 to 4 cups of warm milk (dry milk works, too) into a bowl.
- Soak your feet for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle baking soda over feet and gently massage.
- Soak for 5 more minutes and dry.
It only takes about 10 minutes of your time and will leave your feet feeling soft, shiny and rejuvenated, ready to polish up and wear sandals. Enjoy the coming summer!
